Chris Noble

Owner

Chris Noble established Noble Excavating Inc in 1993 as a Heavy Civil Construction Company. His drive and vision have produced steady growth over the past 26 years. He has led Noble Excavating with a high success rate of completing a variety of construction projects ranging from heavy highway, infrastructure, water, sewer, site prep, environmental cleanups, numerous USFS projects, and emergency response. Chris Noble plays a very active role in the day to day operations of Noble Excavating that include daily business operations, estimating, and management. Chris still makes time to provide a personal presence on every job site.

Chris Bache

Project Manager

Perceptive Senior Project Manager offering 20+ years of experience in all phases of heavy civil construction, including developing and managing project estimates by coordinating with colleagues and clients. Successful in devising bid proposals in line with client specifications and objectives through clear communication and attention to detail. Backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completions.

Paul Nicely

Sales Manager

Paul is a welcome addition to the Noble Excavating Family. With years of experience owning and operating his own equipment rental business, he brings a vast knowledge of multiple areas in the construction industry. His primary focus is sales in the residential and light commercial sectors. He would be happy to visit with you about your wish list of projects and provide recommendations and estimates!

Eric Drake

Project Manager

Results-oriented Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in all phases of construction operations, team leadership, project management and planning. Proven leader with strong communication and organizational skills, able to build long-term trust relationships with employees, subcontractors, and clients. Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously without exceeding budgeted costs or allotted time. Backed with a track record of improving operational performance.
