About the Job
- Works closely with the Superintendents, Foremen, and crew to operate heavy machinery relating to roadway, utilities, demolition, site projects, etc.
- Operates various heavy earthmoving equipment for general site preparation, landscaping, snow removal, and related assignments.
- Able to run grade utilizing GPS enabled equipment.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Infrequent labor when needed to help crew and project progress.
- All other assignments as related to equipment operation.
Base Wage Range:
- $24.00 – $28.00 per hour D.O.E
- Additional hourly compensation for out of area work
- Project specific jobs subject to Davis Bacon Wages
