Construction of new siding and extension of culverts. The project occurred within existing UPRR right of way. This project included implementing and maintaining a SWPPP, clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, importing material, placing material and installing culverts by means of horizontal boring, placing topsoil and turf establishment.
